Students complete a sustainability project including need identification and making the business case, developing the business plan, and leading the implementation of the project.

SMBA 553: LEADING CHANGE IN SUSTAINABLE ENTERPRISES – II

This is the continuation of the Spring module on leading change. The focus of this course is on implementing the strategic change initiatives.

SMBA 560: STRATEGY

As the capstone experience, students master the sustainable strategic management process, where sustainability considerations are tightly interwoven into strategy formulation and implementation mechanisms.

Blacksmith Institute

The Blacksmith Institute provides strategic, technical, and financial support to combat pollution in developing countries. Supports local leaders in instituting environmental legislation and managing sewage, industrial, solid, hazardous, and medical wastes.
